We guarantee all HARDY plants for 90 days and supplies for a period of one year, except where the manufacturer offers an extended warranty. Plants are not covered for loss due to chemical or mechanical damage. Fish and Scavengers are guaranteed for live arrival if shipped or 48 hours if picked up at the nursery. Extra fish and snails are packed in shipments to offset minor losses. Plant, Fish and Scavenger replacements are limited to one replacement and we may issue a refund at our discretion instead of a replacement. Any products returned to us under the manufacturers warranty will incur at least a $11.95 fee for shipping and handling to the manufacturer. We require a shipping charge for replacement orders, or you may ship the product to the manufacturer yourself.
Shipping Information for Fish & Snails
Add $5.00/Box for packaging. For Fish, we pack about 60" of fish per box. For snails, we pack up to 500 per box. In cold weather we can get a few more and in hot weather we must pack less per box. Fish & snails are shipped on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday ONLY, by UPS or Air Freight. All fish must be shipped to arrive at their destination within two days and in warmer weather must be shipped to arrive within 24 hours.
All fish shipments requiring air freight or expedited shipping
will be charged actual freight.
We take pride in producing uniform, generous sized plants of blooming age. We exercise great care to ship weed and pest free plants. BARE ROOT plants are carefully selected from our production area the same day as they are shipped. We ship mature rhizomes in bud or flower (if possible) during the growing season. Several leaves are left on the plants. Bare root plants are available from April until November. WE CANNOT SHIP POTTED PLANTS.
