Goldfish, Koi and Snails

Fish will be shipped tPLEASEo arrive the next day or in cool temperatures within two days. In Virginia and surrounding areas where packages arrive within 24 hours, normal shipping methods are used. Generally, shipments west of the Mississippi River must go via UPS Next Day delivery. If using Next Day Air UPS charges will be added to your invoice. Call for an estimate of charges if you want to know in advance.

NOTE: Snails are able to be shipped within Virginia only.

We add $5.00 per Box for packaging of Snails add $15 per box for packaging Fish. For Fish, we pack about 60 inches per box when the weather is warm or more in cool weather. For snails, we pack up to 500 per box. In cold weather we can get a few more and in hot weather a few less per box. Fish are shipped Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday ONLY, by UPS or Air Freight. All fish must be shipped to arrive at their destination within two days and in warmer weather must be shipped to arrive within 24 hours.

All fish shipments requiring air freight or expedited shipping will be charged actual freight upon approval of the cost.
Warranty

Fish and snails are guaranteed live arrival if shipped or 48 hours if picked up. Snails may not move when placed in the pond for up to several days.
